}Whereas Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as Grading and Surfacing SIXTH STREET from Hazelwood Street
to Birmingham Street and BARCLAY STREET from Sixth Street to Margaret Street,
Comptroller's Contract No. L -6733, Beatson & Kelly, Inc., Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions and
Deductions as per attached Contract Change Agreement No. 1
ADDITIONS
Additions as per Contract Change Agreement No. 1 $2581.40
DEDUCTIONS
Deductions as per Contract Change Agreement No. 1 $1104.00
TOTAL NET ADDITIONS $1477.40
and
Whereas, The total addition is $1477.40 and the Commissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $1477.40 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract; therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
]$1477.40, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract No. L -6733, and which amount is to be
included in the amount to be billed to the Board of Education.
