WHEREAS, on 3uly 6, 2005, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #OS-616, said
Resolution being the Ratificarion of Assesssnems for Excessive Consumption of Inspecrion Services during
October, November, December 2004 and January 2005 (File No. J0407E, Assessment 1Vo. 8070); and
WHEREAS, the properiy at 1328 Maryland Avenue East, being described as:
Kiefer-Pazk, east 6 feet of Lot 9 and All of Lot 7 and L,ot 8, Block 1;
with the property identification number 27-29-22-22-0014 was assessed an amount of $70 for the excessive
consumption of inspection services, and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends delering the assessment because the owner did not
receive proper notification;
THEIZEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment far 1328 Mazyland Avenue East be
deleted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $70 be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
