and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the General and Electrical Construction of a

Workshop for Air Pollution Bureau, new lockers and fencing, located at 100 East Tenth

Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to WESTLUND CONSTRUCTION CQAFANY and PEOPLES ELECTRIC
COMPANY., respectively, in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #2056 of said Westlund Construction Company for the contract
price of $6,941.00 and Peoples Electric Company for the contract price of $696.00, such
bids being the lowest and said Westlund Construction Company and Peoples Electric Company
being reasonable and reliable bidders, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contracts on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
