Ccmptroller to purchase Eight Eagle Dial Cycle Units and Eight Eagle Dial Transfer Relays
for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police and Fire Alarm, City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, at a cost of $974.98, without advertisement or competitive bids, pursuant to
Section 290 of the Charter,of the City of Saint Paul as this is a patented equipment, said
items compatible with existing equipment.
