WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for ppyment for overtime work, and
WFIEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in his department during the period
from December 3, 1966 through December 16, 1966; therefore,

RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and No. 3250.
