RESOLVED, That Raymond Mitchell be paid the sum of $1,575.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund,in
full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul for
compensation resulting from his back injuries sustained while in
the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire
Protection, whereby he suffered a 10 per cent permanent partial
disability to his back; and that $1,575.00 is now due and payable.
