COUNCIL RESOLUSION— GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONER , DATE
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul does hereby authorize the Commissioner of Public Works
to prepare a Preliminary Inquiry concerning Federal assist-
ance for Sewer Projects pertaining-to the City's proposed
trunk storm sewer project, and to submit the inquiry to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development; and be it
,FURTHER RESOLVED) That the Commissioner of Public
Works is hereby designated as the City's authorized officer
for the purpose of said inquiry.
