WHEREAS, Lots 16 through 27, Block 1, Butterfield Syndicate
Addition No. 2, are tax- forfeited lots and are, therefore, available
to the City of St. Paul for construction and enlargement of perma-
nent storage facilities for the Public Works Department;
1QOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Mayor and the Commissioner
of Public Works are hereby authorized to submit an application under
Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, for a conveyance to the
City of St. Paul of said lands.
