WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota have
executed an option agreement per C. F. 230691, dated November 1,
1966, concerning the City -owned lands described below;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the proper City officials be and
hereby are authorized to execute the attached warranty deed for the
acquisition by the State of Minnesota of the following City -owned
lands:
All that part of the following described tract: Lots
5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1, Dawson's Subdivision of the
east half of Block 8, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addi-
tion to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Ramsey County, which lies southerly of the
following described line:

Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 5;
thence run westerly to a point on the east line of
Lot 14, Block 8, A. Vance Brown's Subdivision of Stinson,
Brown and Ramsey's Addition, distant 10 feet south of the
northeast corner of said Lot 14 and there terminating;
together with all right of access, being the right of
ingress to and egress from that part of the above
described tract, not acquired herein, to Trunk Highway
No. 35E.
