231070Original to City Clerk �' + ORDINANCE 231070 COUNCIL FILE NO PRESENTED BY o - � ORDINANCE NO - An ordinance amending Chapter 192 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to vacant buildings and providing for the re- moval of combustible materials and the securing of doors and windows thereon. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Chapter 192 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding a section thereto, as follows: 192.18. Vacant Buildings. The owner of any building, whenever it becomes vacant, shall remove- therefrom all paper or other combustible materials accumulated therein and shall securely close and keep closed all doors and windows or other openings into i F such building while it remains unoccupied.
