WHEREAS, Richazd L,esch, 14009 Flagstone Trail, Apple Valley, MN 55124-3322, the properiy
owner and developer of I.ots 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19, Phalen Heights, is improving Hazelwood Street
between Prosperity Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue to build five single family homes;

WAEREAS, the dedicafion of additional righf-of-way along the west side of Hazeiwood Street is
required to accommodate said improvements;
WHEREAS, the properiy owner has agreed to convey the necessary easement rights to the City of Saint
Paul for the complefion of the Hazelwood Street improvements; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to
accept the easement rights conveyed to the City of Saint Paul, by the property owner and record said
easements with Ramsey County.
