RESOLVED, The Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor and
hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessako for or
reasonably incidental to the wrecking only of frame dwelling and the performance of
miscellaneous site work and cleanup at 452 -454 Iglehart Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
MINNESOTA LUMBER & WRECKING CORPORATION in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #0316 (Job #66 -74) of said Minnesota Lumber &
Wrecking Corporation, City to pay contractor $780.00, such bid being the lowest and
said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
