RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Tarnishing and delivering,to the City of
Saint Paul Water Department, Hamlin and Carroll Avenues, St. Paul, Minnesota,
Standard Valve Box Top Sections, Paving Covers and Bases to GRINNELL COMPANY, INC.
at the contract price of 15,176.00, in accordance with City specifications therefor
and the Formal Bid #2051 of said Grinnell Company, Inc., such bid being the lower and
said bidder being a, reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and

hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper

City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
