Paul, effective January 1, 1967, the presently established
vehicle parking fee in the amonnt'of 40 cents per day or

premises of the City Market of the City of Saint Paul, is
increased so that the same shall be 50 cents per day or
fraction thereof ion and after said date,, and on and after
said date, said increased vehicle parking fee shall be in
effect on each day of each week except Sundays, Sunday
vehicle parking thereon hereby being excepted from parking
fee payment requirements.
