Dear Ms. Singleton:
The Office of License Inspections and Environmentai Protection has recommended
adverse action against the Retail Fd (A) - Grocery 1-100 sq. ft. License held by Twin City Dollaz
Plus, Inc., d/6/a Twin City Dollaz Plus Inc., for the premises located at 302 Larpenteur Avenue
East in Saint Paul. The basis far the recommendation is as follows:
On May 17, 2009 you were sent an invoice from the Of�ce of License,
Inspection and Environmentai Protection indicating that you had not paid
your renewal license fees. The invoice also indicated late charges that had
been added for a total now due of $112.00.
Licensing staff has tried numerons times to contact you regarding this issue
but have been unsuccessful. As of today's date, the license renewal fees and
late charges have not been paid.
The Office of LIEP will recommend a suspension of your license untii such time as the license
renewal fees and late charges haue been paid in full.

At this time you have three options on how to proceed:

1. If you do not dispute the above facts but wish to continue to do business in the
City of Saint Paul, you may pay the license renewal fees with late chazges to the
Offlce of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection at 8 Fourth Sireet
East, Suite 200, St. Paul, Minuesota 55101-1002 no later than Monday, August
15, 2005. A self-address envelope has been included for your convenience. All
Information should be directed to the attenfion of Christine Rozek.
2. If you do not dispute the above facts, but wish to have a public hearing before the
Saint Paul City Council, you will need to send me a letter with a statement
admitting the violation and requesting a public hearing. We will need to receive
your letter by Monday, August 15, 2005. The matter will then be scheduled
before the City Council for a public hearing to deteimine what penalry, if any, to
impose. You will have an opporiwuty to appear befare the Council and make a
statesnent on your own behalf:
3. If you no longer wish to do business in the City of Saint Paul, you may send a
written statement to that effect to the Office of License, Inspections and
Environmental Protection, 8 Fourth Street East, Suite 200, St. Paul, Mimiesota
55101-1002 no later than Monday, August 15, 2005. 7nformarion should be
directed to the attention of Christine Rozek.
Please let me know in writing no later than Monday, August 15,-2005, how you
would like to proceed. If I have not heard from you by that date, I will assume that you
are not contesting the facts of the violation. The matter will then be scheduled for the St.
Paul City Council and placed on the Consent Agenda during which no discussion is
allowed and your license will be suspended.
