the Comptroller to purchase One Model A2TC Dictaphone Dictacord Recording Reproducing
and Relay
Machine /for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, at a cost of $998.00, without advertisement or competitive bids pursuant
to Section 290 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul as this is patented equipment
(the only source of supply); and the proper City officials hereby are directed to execute
same.
