i WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Cigazette/"I'obacco license held by
z Mahubeh Mustafa, d/b/a Dale Selby Superette (License ID# 19990006162) for the premises
s located at 618 Selby Avenue in Saint Paul, by a letter of Imposition of Fine dated August 3,

WHEREAS, the $200.00 fine was approved and ordered by the Saint Paul City Council
(CF #OS-684) in final written form at the Council's regular meeting on July 27, 2005; and
VJHEREAS, the licensee did not pay the fine in the amount of $200.00 by the close of
business on August, 26, 2005; now therefore, be it

Enclosed is a copy of City Council Resolution Nuxnber OS-684 which imposes a fine
for the following violation:
Sale of tobacco or tobacco products to a minor.
The fine was approved and ordered by the Saint Paul City Council in final written
form at the Council's regulaz meeting on July 27, 2005.
The effect of this notice is a fine in the amount of $200.00 is due for the above
mentioned offense which is payable no later than the close of business (4:30 p.m.)
on Friday, August 26, 2005.

5 located at 618 SelbyAvenue in Saint Paui by Notice of Violation dated June 24, 2005, alleging a sale
6 of tobacco products to a minor on 7une 17, 2005; and

8 WHEREAS, licensee did not respond to the Notice of Violarion to contesf and did not make
9 the payment of the fine; and

WHEREAS, the Notice of Violation stated that if the licensee failed Yo respond or pay by
7uly 5, 2005 that the matter would be piaced on the consent agenda to impose the recommended fine;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Mahubeh Mustafa d/b/a Dale Selby Superette is hereby ordered to pay a
fine in the aznount of $200.00 for tlie violation of sale of tohacco products to a minor on 7une I7,
2005. Payment of fine sha11 be made within fliirly days of the date ofthe adoption of this resolurion.
