WHEREAS,,Chapter 705, Laws of Minnesota for 1965, provides
for the transfer of all real estate held in the name of the
City of Saint Paul for the use of former Special School Dis-
trict No. 2 to Independent School District No. 625; and
WHEREAS, it is, necessary for said School District to per -
t '- its record title by conveyance by said City of Saint Paul
to said Independent School District No. 625; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the
proper City officers are herewith directed to execute a quit claim
deed to Independent School District Noj,'625 as grantee, of the
following described premises:
All that,part of the following described tract: that
part of Block 1, John J. McDonough Homes Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles
in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, as evidenced
by Certificate of Title No. 151761, described as
follows:, Beginning at the northeast corner of Block
1, John J. McDonough Homes Addition; thence south along
the east line of said Block 1 a distance of 1,000 feet;
thence due west at an angle of 90 degrees a distance of
475 feet; thence due north at an angle of 90 degrees a
distance of 111':008.02 feet, more or less, to the north
line of said Block 1; thence easterly along the said
north line of said Block 1 a distance of 475.06 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
