is hereunto attached and made a part thereof, and the rental fDr said
property shall be deposited in Receipt Account #0169 -R.

' L E A S E
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of November,_
19669 by and between the City of Saint Paul, a municipal corporation,
party of the first part, and Paul Miklas, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That party of the first part does lease unto the party of the
second part the following described property:
;The northerly 60 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block
56, Irvines Enlargement of-Rice and Irvines addition
1 Ito the town of Saint Paul, also known as Fire
!Station #1,
� for a period of one month, commencing December 1, 1966, and ending December
31, 1966, and the party of the second part does hereby promise and agree
� with party of. the first part to pay as rental therefor the sum of One

Hundred Dollar ($100.00).
Party of'the second part hereby agrees, in consideration of i
the leasing of said property by the party of the first part that he will

assume all liability arising from damage to person or property by reason
{ of his occupancy and caused by his negligence during the term of this j
lease, and will save harmless the party of the first part from all claims
or suits for damages to person or property occurring on the premises
hereby leased.'
The second party further agrees to furnish a certificate of

insurance to be approved by the Corporation Counsel for public liability
insurance in the amounts of $50,000 per person and $300,000 per incident.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals at Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the day and year first above written.
