Hundred Dollar ($100.00). Party of'the second part hereby agrees, in consideration of i the leasing of said property by the party of the first part that he will v t assume all liability arising from damage to person or property by reason { of his occupancy and caused by his negligence during the term of this j lease, and will save harmless the party of the first part from all claims or suits for damages to person or property occurring on the premises hereby leased.' The second party further agrees to furnish a certificate of 1 - insurance to be approved by the Corporation Counsel for public liability insurance in the amounts of $50,000 per person and $300,000 per incident.
