Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit by Towing Service Inc., D.B.A. Bishop Towing
Service, to install and_operate a new filling station on
the southeast corner of Lafayette Road and Partridge
Street, described as Lots 1 through 4, Block 4, Bass
Addition.
This matter was considered at the October 6, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type facility and the
Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic
and recommends approval. Therefore, the Board of Zoning
recommends approval of the application for a Permit.
The property is zoned Heavy Industry and, therefore, a
public hearing is not required.
