WHEREAS, said Commission, in a letter dated January 20, 1966, from
Francis M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary, to Robert B. Gerber, City Clerk,
a copy of which is hereto attached, has requested that the City Council
approveA said contracts and authorizesthe proper City officials to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby concurs
in, ratifies and approves the action of the Hospital Facility Building
Commission in the premises and authorizes the proper City officials to
execute the aforementioned contracts on behalf of the City.
