the license inasmuch as he has been inducted into the .Armed Services of the
United States as of January 4'11-,1966, therefore, be it
RESOLVED; That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Paul E. Schwantes the pro -rated fee of $ 17.50, deducting $ 9.50 from the
original fee of $ 57.00 posted for the licenses and to cancel said licenses
issued to him.
