RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
in behalf of each of its members and the people of said City,
hereby take official cognizance of the meritorious career
of one of its most eminent and respected citizens, Archibald
G. Bush, who was called from this life by Almighty God on
the 1,6th day of January, 1966, at the age of 78 years;
honored,,respected and admired by all who knew him, he
spent his life in the furtherance of the public interest
and the promotion of the commonwealth of said City and its
inhabitants, in the fields of business, industry, and
humanitarianism, wherein he achieved high results in the
interests of said City and its inhabitants; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, That this Council, in behalf of
its members and the people of said City, expresses its sense
of great public loss by-reason of the death of said Archibald
G. Bush, and hereby extends to his surviving wife and to other
members of his family, as well as to his many friends, condolences
and the Cityts expression of deepest sympathy in their bereavement,
at the _loss of this most estimable and renowned citizen of this
City; and be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the City Clerk is directed to
cause a copy of this Resolution to be prepared and delivered
to the said spouse of Archibald G. Bush with all convenient
speed.

the City Council passed on January 28, 1966, honoring her
husband, Archibald G. Bush.
I know that Mrs. Bush and all of the associates of
Mr. Bush feel you have chosen beautiful language to
express your condolences and sympathy. Certainly
Mr. Bush's contributions and achievements in this area
will be sorely missed by us all.
