COMMISSI
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the City of Saint Paul for
the abatement of special assessments which were extended against
certain parcels of land held by the City of Saint Paul, being a
municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of
Minnesota, which is exempt from such assessments, and said as-
sessments are hereby cancelled, the descriptions of said parcels
and amounts of such assessments being shown in County Auditor's
File No. 79264.
