Theundersigned hereby pr oposesthemakingof thefollowingpublicimprovement by the City of Saint Paul,
Construct a storm water- relief -sewer in GRAND AVENUE from 130 feet east of
Finn Street to Cretin Avenue; in LINCOLN AVENUE from Cleveland Avenue to
Cretin Avenue; 4n GOODRICH AVENUE from Cleveland Avenue to Cretin Avenue;
in PRINCETON AVENUE from Cleveland Avenue to Finn Street; in SARGENT AVENUE
from Cleveland Avenue to Finn Street; in FINN STREET from St. Clair Avenue
to Lincoln Avenue; all of which is to be known as the 'WHEELER - FAIRMOUNT
RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, CONTRACT "B "; and all of which is an extension of the
WHEELER- FAIRMOUNT RELIEF SEWER.SYSTEM, CONTRACT "A ", whit h was constructed
in 1961 and included: sewer in CRETIN AVENUE from.Grand Avenue to Goodrich
Avenue, in an EASEMENT on St. Paul Seminary Property from Cretin Avenue to
the Mississippi River, in SARGENT AVENUE from Cretin Avenue to Woodlawn
Avenue, in 'WOODLAWN AVENUE from Sargent Avenue to Princeton Avenue; and
manhole structures in the LINCOLN AVENUE- FAIRVIEW AVENUE INTERSECTION, and
in the PRINCETON AVENUE- FAIRVIEW AVENUE INTERSECTION; Contract "A" and
Contract "B" being integral parts of the comprehensive relief sewer system
for the `WHEELER - FAIRMOUNT DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
