Gerber, Jr. City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is written in response to the permit of the Champion Chevrolet Company to develop a used -car and truck sales lot on the west side of Jackson Street between 12th Street and 13th Street, described as the Southerly 21.8 feet of Lot 6, and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Randall's Addition. At the December 16, 1965 Board'of Zoning Meeting, the staff reported that the entire block is developed with car -sales or storage lots except the northeast corner of the block, and that the plan -meets the design standards for this type'facility. . The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan in regard to'traffic- and recommends approval.
