RESOLVED, That Champion Chevrolet Company be and hereby
is permitted to install and operate a used car and truck sales lot
on the west side of Jackson Street between 12th and 13th Streets,
more particularly described as the southerly 21.8 feet of Lot 6
and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Randallts A-d1ition to Saint Pagl, in
accordance with plans dated Received December 14, 1965; that said
applicant- permittee, and his successors and assigns, in connection
with the installation, maintenance and operation of said used car
and truck sales lot, shall make due compliance with all applicable
provisions of municipal ordinances, State statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House in the City of
St. Paul at l0t00 a.m, on January 20, 1966, on the application of
Champion Chevrolet Company for permit to develop site with a used
car and truck sales lot on the following property: south 21e8 feet
of Lot 6 and all of Lot 5, Block I, Randalls Addition. The property

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the permit of the Champion
Chevrolet Company to develop a used -car and truck sales
lot on the west side of Jackson Street between 12th Street
and 13th Street, described as the Southerly 21.8 feet of
Lot 6, and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Randall's Addition.
At the December 16, 1965 Board'of Zoning Meeting, the
staff reported that the entire block is developed with
car -sales or storage lots except the northeast corner of
the block, and that the plan -meets the design standards
for this type'facility. . The Traffic Engineer has reviewed
the plan in regard to'traffic- and recommends approval.
Based upon the above considerations, the Board of Zoning
recommends approval of the permit to develop the used -car
and truck lot.
