RESOLVED, That Saint Josephts Hospital be and hereby
is granted a permit to construct a 512 - vehicle parking facility
on property located on the north side of Tenth Street between
Saint Peter Street and Main Street, more particularly described
as follows:
The southerly 100 feet of Lots 1 and 2; Lots 3 to
6 inclusive except that part taken for highway
purposes; the easterly 24.75 feet of Lot 9, except
the part thereof deeded to the City of Saint Paul
in Book IX o_f Deeds, page 349.; Lots 10 to 13 inclusive;
Lots 14 and 15, except the south 100 feet of said lots;
all in Block 3, Bazil and Guerin's Addition to Saint
Paul;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received December 16,
1965; subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee,
and his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State statutes
and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the permit by Saint Joseph's
Hospital to construct a 512 vehicle parking facility on the
north side of Tenth Street between Saint Peter Street and
Main Street more fully described as the southerly 100 feet
of Lots 1 and 2; Lots-3 to 6 inclusive except that part taken
for highway purposes; the easterly 24.75-feet of Lot 9,
except the part thereof deeded to the City of Saint Paul in
Book XX of Deeds, page 349; Lots 10 to 13 inclusive; 'Lots 14
and 15, except�the• south 100 feet of said lots; all in Block'
3. Bazil and Guerin's Addition to Saint Paul.
The Board of Zoning considered the matter on December 2, 1965.
The staff reported that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the
plan as it-relates-to traffic and recommends approval, and
that the staff has no objections to the proposal. Based upon
the above findings, the,Board-of-Zoning recommends approval of
f the permit.
