RESOLVED; That Carl Cummins., Jr. resigned as Vice -president; and Roger Christensen,
resigned as Secretary and Treasurer with Joel Montpetit becoming the Vice.
president; and Dorothy E. Stephens becoming the Secretary and Treasurer,
and Ray Stephens who remains as President absorbing the stock held by
Carl Cummins, Jr. and Roger Christensen, becoming the sole - stockholder,
be and the same is hereby approved.
