RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for or reasonably incidental to the wrecking, etc., including rodent control and
miscellaneous supplementary work on VA, 468, 470, 476 -482, 486 -494, 496 -502 and
510- 512.Jackson Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA LUMBER & WRE=G CORPORATION
iii accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #1581 of said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation, City to pay Contractor
$31,950.00, such bid being the lowest and said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation
being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
