In the matter of constructing the CARROLL AVENUE SEWER RELOCATION
vicinity of North Fairview Avenue, contract Number 66 -S -1158, the City
to be reimbursed the total cost thereof by the State of Minnesota Highway
Department under Utility Realignment Agreement Number 54879.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by,the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
