WHEREAS, The final costs for the resurfacing of T.H. 212- -liarshall Avenue from
Victoria to Marshall Avenue Bridge; T.H. 212- -Fifth Street from Kellogg Boulevard to
W. Seventh Street; T.H. 10 --Como Avenue from Western to Atwater; T.H. 49- -Smith Ave.
from George Street to W. Seventh Street; T.H. 10 and 12- -Sixth Street from Broadway
to Rosabel; T.H. 3- Wabasha Street Bridge -- Kellogg Blvd. to South edge of Wabasha
Street Bridge, Comptrollers Contract L -6700 have been determined, and
WHEREAS, Upon final allocation of funds from which the above improvement was to
be paid, it was found that the amount originally set up for its financing is in-
sufficient to meet the final costs and that an additional amount of $8,158.39 trill
be required' therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the amount of $8,158.39 be applied from the Municipal State Aid
Suspense Fund (196.) to finance the additional cost of the above improvement.
