PAUL FILENCIL NO. 268' OFFICE OF THE CI CLERK COUNCIL- RESOLUT IONERA1Z FORM RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that pursuant to the I request of the Commissioner of Public Utilities set forth in his letter dated January 18, 1966, it shall be and hereby is directed that all title and interests of the City ofjSaint Paul and the Board of-Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul tojand in the property -named in said letter; namely, Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision 46, according to the Plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Anoka, Minnesota, excepting therefrom all mineral and mineral rights, I shall be disposed of according to the Rules and Regulations therefor provided by Ordinance No. 6576, as amended; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That after the passage, approval and publication of this resolution, a certified copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Purchasing Agent and one to the City Comptroller by the City Clerk. F41 Rsgh asp �r TREATMENT PUMPING I January 18, 1966 Distributlon LAGHER f DISTRIBUTION I The Honorable Mayor and City Council 226873 City of Saint Paul,'Minnesota Gentlemen: Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision 46, Anoka County, was acquired by the City of St. Paul for the Board of Water Commissioners on January 13, 1900. The acquisition was made to protect the Board's interest in Peltier Lake shore line. I This property, lying on the west shore of Peltier Lake, is located in Government Lot One (1), Section 15, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, and consists of 22 acres. The Board of Water Commissioners, at its regular meeting held January 12, 1966, deemed it to the best interests of the Board and the City of Saint Paul to dispose of the City's title to this property, provided the Board retains a-20 feet wide easement along the north property line for access to the lake and alsa reserves the right to flood any part or all of the entire tract. It is hereby requested thatiyour honorable body approve and ratify the action of the Board and to proceed toward sale of said title according to the rules and regulations therefor provided, all moneys to be derived therefrom to be deposited to the credit of Water Fund 23. Form of resolution herein, for submission to the City Council, is annexed. Respectfully, Bernard T.
