No. 192216, approved May 2, 1959, the City of Saint Paul, may pay a portionlof the assessable costs of Sidewalk Construct- ion, when such costs exceed the benefits to the property owner; WHEREAS, It has been determined that the following described parcels of property be relieved of the following amounts: Description Amount Lot 8, Block 52, Desmoyer Park $188.01 All of said Rear., O'Brienls Rearrangement 132.55 Lot 1, Ruethts Rearrangement 180.75 West 55 Ft. of Lot 9, Block 1, Summit View 267.13 Lot 10, Block 1, Summit View 200.35 TOTAL $968.79 WHEREAS, The total amount of assessable costs the City may pay is $968.79, now therefore be it, RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby author- ized to pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund,` Code 6000, the amount of $968.79, a portion of the assessable costs of Sidewalk Construction under the 1961 Sidewalk Contract 64- M-301, Levy No. 3, District No. 2, L -6627, said Perm- anent Improvement Revolving Hand to be reimbursed from the City's Share of Local Improvement Aid Fund, 0920 -701. (1965).
