RESOLVED, That the tiro -story single - family dwelling
on Lot 16, Block 54, Arlington Hills Addition to Saint Paul,
according to the plat thexeof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known
as 807 Reaney Avenue, in Saint Paul, is, by reason of its
structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb
and. adjoining property; that said structure is incapable
of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as to
make the same reasonablyasafe, and should be wrecked and
removed from said land and it is ordered that said structure
be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at
the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or
other person in control
