226803-T INTERMEDIARY ORDER In the Matter of 226803 COUNCIL FILE N0. S File No. s7847 reconstructing the sidewalk land replace with inte l curb - sidewalk on both ides of W. St. - Randolph St. to Armstrong Ave. OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS REPORT TO COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul: 226803 Dec. 20th. 19 65 The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre- liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 226334 approved Dec. 17th. 19 65 relative to and replace with integral curb - sidewalk reconstruct the sidewalk/ on both sides of W.
