WHEREAS, Saint Paul is compering in a national beaurificarion contest & program called America In Bloom; and
WHEREAS, a receprion was hely� for all the America In Bloom Committee members and volunteers.
Cash donafions for this reception were graciously provided by Bailey Nurseries ($200) ,
St. Paul Pioneer Press ($250), Capital City Parinership ($100) and the St. Paul Convenrion & Visitor s Bureau
($300);and
WHEREAS, said donations total $850.00; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Ciry Council hereby accepts the contribution of $850.00
F`iJRTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council sincerely thanks and expresses its appreciarion to
the generous contributors, committee members and volunteers of the America In Bloom competition
