In the matter of constructing the ST, CLAIR -ST, ALBANS
AVENUE SEWER RELOCATION - CONTRACT 'A' AND MANHOLE CONSTRUCTION
AND ABANDONMENTS (Vicinity Arbor, Bay and View Sts. near Grace
Ave.), the total cost of which is to be financed from State funds
to be provided under pending utility relocation agreement.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the
above named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of
Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he -is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
