REAS, the DaeapolisLSt. Paul Metropolitan Airports
Commission is desirous of constructing an equipment building
on the following described property:
Block 12, F. Amb's Addition to West St. Paul, Lots
11 2, 31 4, 5.� 9 and 10,1
and in connection therewith wishes to construct a connection to
the sanitary sewer and water main in Bayfield Street; and
WHEREAS, an ordinance has been introduced before the Council,
Council File No. 230038, permitting such connection to the sanitary
sewer and water main and waiving the required deposit of $5.00 per
assessable front foot of the land sought to be drained; and
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council that this work
should be commencedfilm diately, before such ordinance can become
effective, it it therefore-'
RESOLVED, by the Councillof the City of Saint Paul, that the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue a permit
to said Minneapolis -St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission to
commence the construction of said connection to the sanitary sewer
and water main in Bayf ield Street; further, the Council hereby
waives the necessity of depositing $.5.00 per assessable front foot
of the land to be drained.
