Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit by Ralco Incorporated to construct a drive -in
restaurant on property located on the north side of
Maryland Avenue between Arcade and Mendota Streets
described as Lots 19 through 22, Block 3, Wilder's
Addition.
This matter was considered at the August 4, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting and the staff reported that the pro-
perty is zoned Commercial and that the plans meet the
design standards for this type facility. The Traffic
Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic and
recommends approval. Therefore, the Board of Zoning
recommends that the Permit be granted.
