This is written in' response to the application for a
Permit for the North Star Sales Incorporated to
construct a car -wash facility on the east side of
Pederson Street between Highway # 12 and Wilson
Avenue. The property is described as the South 125
feet of the West 125 feet of Tract Q, Registered
Land Survey # 200.
At the July 21, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the
staff reported that the plans meet the design stan-
dards for this type facility. The Traffic Engineer
has reviewed the plans as to traffic and recommends
approval. Therefore, the Board of Zoning recom-
mends approval of the application for a Permit.
