RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Contract
Committee and rejects all bids received for Ballasts for the Department of
Public Utilities, Bureau of Lighting, for the reason that the bid prices
were too high. It is recommended that new bids be requested at a later
date.
