RESOLVED, That the Council herebyjconcurs in the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services-
necessary for or reasonably incid ntal to Painting of Seats at the Municipal Stadium,
St. Paul, Minnesota and for Spra ,ng on Third Coat of Paint to M. P. MORTENSEN & SON,INC.
in accordance with City specifications therefor and hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#1941 of said M. P. Mortensen & Son, Inc. for the contract price of 8,738.00, such bid
being the lowest and said M. P. Mortensen & Son, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City ofjSt. Paul.
