WHEREAS, The City ofiSt. Paul Parks Department has re-
quested temporary use of Kent St. between.Central Ave. and St.
Anthony Ave. for recreational purposes, and
WHEREAS, There are no access requirements in this block,
and
WHEREAS, The Public orks Department has no objection to
the temporary closing of this block, and
WHEREAS, The Public �orks Department will perform the
necessary barricading at each end of the street, now therefore
be it
RESOLVED, That Kent'St. from Central Ave. to St. Anthony
Ave. be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

There are no access requirements on Kent St. between
Central and the north frontage road oc St. Anthony Ave. The
surface is in reasonable condition. From a traffic stand-
point there is no apparenit reason why this street must be
maintained.
