RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract ifor furnishing necessary parts and labor to
effect necessary repairs to ATLIS- CHAI14FM TRACTOR MODEL ED 16, Serial 6100
(City No. 430) for the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, Bureau of
Municipal Equipment, 891 North DalelStreet, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA
TRACTOR COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #1948 of said Minnesota Tractor Company for the contract price
of $5,964.00 such bid being the only bid received and said Minnesota Tractor Com-
pany being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper

City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
