Memmer to rezone from "B" Residence to Commercial property located at the northeast corner of Beech and Earl Street described as Lot 14 and 15, Block 1, Wayne's Addition. This.atter was considered red at the August 4, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. There is a grocery store, a non - conforming use, on Lot 14. The area to the North, East 1; West is zoned "B" Residence and the area to the South is zoned "A" Residence. The surrounding land use is as follows: East, one and two - family; South, Margaret Playground; West, single - family and a church; North, single - family. The applicant wishes to construct a parking lot on the property for his grocery store. It is,the findings of the Board that it would be reasonable to rezone the property so that the applicant may use the property for a parking lot.
