PAUL COUNCIL NO _ FICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE U C S TI iV—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to accept from the Port Authority of the City of Saint,Paul, Minnesota, a conveyance of a certain tract and parcel of land described in the deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part here- of, consideration for said conveyance being the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), which sum shall be paid by the City of Saint Paul to the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul upon tender of a deed in such form as approved by the Corporation Counsel of the City of Saint Paul; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the purpose for which said land is to be conveyed to and accepted by the City of Saint Paul shall be use of said tract for right -of -way in connection with the construction of Shepard Road between Rankin Street and Davern Street pursuant to Preliminary Order No. 222078 approved February 25, 1965, and that the land to be conveyed for use as aforesaid comprises approximately 2.89 acres, more or less. Watson's Sub Division of Lot 22 of Fort Street Out Lots to St. Paul, to a point on the northeasterly line of Lot 9, Block 15,_Youngman & Lamm's Addition, Ramsey Co., Minn., that is 160 feet southeasterly of the northeasterly corner of- said Lot 9, and that )part of Government Lot 1, Section 22, Township 28 North, Range 23 West, lying between the southwes- terly line of Alton Street and the southwesterly line of Elsa Place and northwesterly of a line 160 feet southeasterly of and parallel with the southeasterly line of Youngman Avenue and bounded on the southwesterly, }northwesterly, and north- easterly sides by Youngman & Lamm's Addition, Ramsey Co., Minn. -1- TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
