RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling and shed and
performance of: miscellaneous site work and cleanup located at 422 Mount Ida Street,
described as Lot 3, John Swainson's Division of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Wm. A. Van
Slyke's Rearrangement of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 9, Warren and Winslow's
Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota, to A. KAMISH COMPANY, City to pay Contractor
1025.00, such bid being the lowest and said A. Kamish Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, And the proper City officials hereby are
authorized t5 execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
