In the matter of the assessment of ,benefits, costs and expenses for constructing a public
sewer in BURIZNGTON ROAD from the Easterly intersection of Burlington Road and Totem
Road to 10 feet west of the extension of the east property line of Lot 28, Block 1,
Burlington Heights Division No. 2.
under Preliminary Order 220987 , approved December 8, 1964
Intermediary Order 22211+5 , approved March 2, 1965
Final Order 222 , approved March 30, 1965
The assessment of 1x-_nA? ts;, cnsts and ex= enses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the-said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 28th
day of September, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M, in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
