In the matter of • condemning and taking a permanent easement 15 feet in width for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under., across and through
a strip of land 15 feet in width being parts of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 4, Robert L:
Ware's Eastern Heights: The center line of said-easement is described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is 20 feet east of the west line and 25 feet north
of the south line of Lot 7, Block 4, Robert L: Ware's Eastern Heights., thence east
and parallel to the south line of Lots 79 6 and 5, Bl'o`ck 4; of said addition a
distance of 240 feet more or less to the East line of said Lot 5, Block 4, of said
addition and there terminating: Also condemning and taking a temporary easement
for construction purposes on a strip of land 10 feet in width on the north side and
10 feet in width on the south side of the above easement+
under Preliminary Order 22D117 , approved April 14; 1966
Intermediary Order 229453 , approved July 13, 1966 ,
Final Order 229872 , approve
The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits-be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
Twe>ty- eighth ciay of September, 1966 , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
