In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes.,
cuts and fills., including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or
remainder thereof., occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in
the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Blk- 4, Alabaaa
Addition No: 2P Blk: 2., Atwater Street Addition and Block 2., Homestead Addition
from Farrington Street to Galtier Street:
under Preliminary Order 22a(06 , approved April 13, 1966 ,
Intermediary Order 229607 , approved Jow P6- 1966
Final Order 229$ , approved August P3. 1966
The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner, of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
Twenty- eighth day of September,, 1966 , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis -
